Grechetto 'Poggio della Costa' Sergio Mottura 2020 (Lazio)
Grape
This is a typical white wine from Center Italy (Northern Lazio and Umbria mainly), and it can produce both simple wines and more complex. Tipically the wines from Grechetto grape can age also 3 or 4 years, but its best is 1 or 2. The Grechetto grapes have used also in the famous Cervaro della Sala by Antinori.

Tasting Notes
Pear and apple, light nut and honey. Smooth and lightly mineral, equilibrated with alchool and softness. It ends with an honey note.
Pairing
Pasta with oil, garlic and chili (aglio, olio, peperoncino) or carbonara, lake fish, young sheep cheese.

Tasting Notes
Blackberries and cherries, then wood and tobacco. Smooth, good acidity, lightly structured, soft tannins and alcholic warm. It ends with a nice cocoa feel.

Beef steak and chicory; lamb with tomatoes; hare with cranberries; ageing pecorino cheese
